International Yoga Day
To celebrate the 10th International Day of Yoga, a series of impactful events were organized, promoting the importance of yoga in daily life.
World Record Achievement in Desk Yoga
DAV group of schools in collaboration with the Prashasti team and Krida Kendram, a remarkable online live desk yoga event was held across 13 schools, creating a record in the International Book of Yoga Records.

Online Desk Yoga for Head Office Staff
A 30-minute online desk yoga session was organized for the head office staff. This session included desk yoga practices, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to promote well-being in the workplace.
